» SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail from Boone, NC 28607. Orders will be processed in our facility and should leave our shipping dock within 48 hours (2 business days). Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

If you need to expedite your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to make arrangements.

» OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

There are instances where items may be out of stock. When this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as we find the shortage. Your order will then be placed on "HOLD" and will then ship upon the arrival of the missing items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish your order to be shipped without the out of stock items.

» RETURN POLICY

Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation Store wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the item(s) within 60 days. If your order is lost, incorrect, defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-828-265-4026. A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned for reasons other than defective or damaged products.

Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, in which case Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation Store will arrange to have the item picked up. Please include your name and address on the outside of the returned package(s).
