About Château Morrisette
Established in 1980, Château Morrisette is one of the largest wineries in the mid-atlantic region. Open year round at Milepost 171.5 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Château Morrisette hosts more than 50,000 visitors annually at its winery, gift shop, summer concert venue and award-winning restaurant. Château Morrisette is a member of the Blue Ridge Wine Trail, a collection of wineries in North Carolina and Virginia.
Château Morrisette is helping the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation, the fundraising support organization for the Blue Ridge Parkway, to celebrate its 10th Anniversary by introducing its first new "Parkway" wines ever. "Château Morrisette believes in the mission of the Foundation to provide private support for vital enhancement projects on the Parkway that would otherwise go unfunded and is pleased to partner with the Foundation to introduce these new signature wines," remarked David Morrisette.
Château Morrisette will share a percentage of gross adjusted sales with the non-profit Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation as part of the Foundation's licensing programs.
